Excellent Stay!

The hotel’s key location near the business district was so convenient for my business trip. The room was tidy, the sheets soft, and the bathroom was clean. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff’s smile who always helped me carry my luggage.

The air-conditioner did not cover the whole room, so it was a little stuffy, and the floor was a bit greasy. However, the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and comfortable, and the staff courteous.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions and markets. the rooms are well-equipped with basic facilities including air conditioning, clean bathroom and comfortable bedding. the hotel provides reliable service and an affordable breakfast. the parking area is available near the hotel.

Some hotel staff here could benefit from additional customer service training.

The hotel offered good quality amenities and excellent services. The location was so convenient for us because it was located near the city center and some restaurants. Plus, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was really delicious.

We had a few issues during our stay. The room had some cleanliness issues and it seemed they didn't clean it properly. Additionally, the staff made us feel uncomfortable when they try to ask for money on the last day of our stay, which was really unpleasant.

The amenities provided at this hotel were exceptional. the room was well-equipped with luxurious facilities, making my stay comfortable and memorable. the private recreational areas were fantastic and satisfied my exclusive needs to the fullest. the location was also convenient and easily accessible, offering great accessibility to nearby attractions.

It was not sufficient in cooling the entire room and resulted in some discomfort.
